Let's kick off with some SWF sporting news:
Professial cyclist Alberto Contador -- who rode for Samruk-Kazynas Astana when he won the Tour de France in 2010 -- has been
stripped
of his 2010 Title and banned from the professional peloton for two years for doping.
And in other news:
Past Wyoming Governor explains to West Virginia lawmakers the
joys of having a SWF
: "... we could not have balanced our budget without it."
The Emirates Investment Authority has had its
operating budget approved
for fiscal 2012, which means we may soon learn its strategy.
The Chinese are keen to
invest in Djibouti
; there were two Chinese delegations to the country in 48 hours.
